CEO/Founder
Sam is founder, CEO, and director of tapChow. He is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and executive in the technology space with experience in solid business execution, building technical/sales/marketing teams and in deploying assets globally. Previously, Sam was founder and CEO of One’Sphere, Inc., where he was responsible for company strategy, and led system design, engineering, and global project management.
Prior, and during his last year of undergraduate work at UC San Diego, Sam founded and led CSG Visual Communication, Inc., a nationally recognized designer of high-security, mission-critical command and control centers. CSG built high-profile facilities including Force Intelligence Operations Center/USMC, Special Squadron Command/USN, as well as Security and Network Operation Centers for Verisign and Intuit. At CSG, Sam oversaw all aspects of company operations including client acquisition and retention, system design, engineering, and support services.
Sam was also on the Board of Directors of Teach-the-Teachers, a public/private sector joint effort to improve the quality of education in California schools. Sam worked alongside executives from Adobe Software, Gateway Computers, VONS, and the LAUSD to oversee a program that provided high-level training to teachers, administrators, and select consultants on technology integration into the classroom.
